We offer three types of employment to give you an experience tailored to your career goals and personal needs. These models include:

• full benefits: traditional employee model; includes all benefits listed above.

• hybrid benefits: modified employee model, providing a blend of the best of the other models; includes a tailored combination of the benefits listed above (most often removing health benefits to maximize take-home pay). 

• consultant: a contract-based affiliation; excludes all benefits listed above except referral bonuses; all benefits are instead maintained/provided by the consultant
